I have three photographs concerning a play. These come from a film. The play was indeed recorded by a technician who agreed that Lucyin upload those files here. However, I don't think Lucyin has received the authorisation neither from the director nor from actors. Concerning the plot itself, it is in Public Domain.
I think I should move them to Commons due to the license. Furthermore, if all the cast agreed to be filmed, I don't know why the cast would disagree that some photographs would be uploaded here and on Commons. Besides, principal pieces of information had been well referenced.

Hi Èl-Gueuye-Noere! I do not think we have to worry about copyright because you can't see the play/plot on the photos. All we have to worry about if the persons knew they were photographed and if it is likely they gave permission. --MGA73 (copene) 29 di may 2021 a 14:17 (UTC)
Dear Michael,
I do not have the means to know whether players agreed to be photographed. However, I think it was quite impossible to photograph somebody in a dark place without a flash in the 2000s. So, the photographer must have used a flash. Thus, players must have known they've been photographed. Furthermore, if I am not mistaken, the photographer was a technical staff member. I am thinking about taking the (little) risk to upload three of them on Commons.

Hi Èl-Gueuye-Noere! Yes I agree that they must know they were photographed. Reading the discussion again I noticed that you say the photos come from a film. If the photographer made the still images I would not worry. But if someone made still images from a film without asking the photographer I would wory.
Another problem is the upload date (2013). Commons usually do not accept files uploaded after 2007 unless the photographer is the uploader or if a permission is send to OTRS. So I would just keep this on wa.wiki unless we can have the photographer send a permission. --MGA73 (copene) 1î d' djulete 2021 a 16:49 (UTC)
Lucyin had the agreement of the technician, who made the film, to upload these pictures on Wikipedia. I'm not sure that the photographer was the technician, but the latter one agreed that those photographs be made and uploaded here.
